Your order will leave the Horizon warehouse in 1-5 days after being placed.

If you select FedEx Parcel, your order will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. After your product ships, expect an additional 1-5 days until delivery. Deliveries are made every day of the week. You will receive a FedEx tracking number once your order ships. Assembly not included.

If you select Room of Choice or White Glove Delivery, your order will be shipped via EWF. After your product ships, it may be in transit for up to 10-15 additional days. The shipping company will contact you to schedule your delivery a few days prior. Delivery is performed during business hours, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
