I have an older model Horizon treadmill that stopped working. I've grown so used to companies that would rather sell you a new product instead of helping you fix the old one that I didn't initially call Horizon for help. That almost turned out to be a huge mistake. I loved my T50, so right before we ordered a new treadmill, I called Horizon thinking it was against the odds that I could get help fixing my old treadmill. Well long story short, I had the part I needed in two days and my old T50 is humming like new. Thank you! Any company that supports products that are ten years old is a customer focused company and when my T50 finally does give out, it will be replaced with a Horizon brand and none other. Thank you from a very satisfied and now very loyal customer.

I am writing this letter to commend Stan for doing such an amazing job during my phone call to your Customer/Tech Support Line this morning. He was so wonderful on the phone, very kind and very professional at the same time. It's always nice to hear a kind voice on the other side. He provided me with all the information I needed to fix my elliptical. I just want to let you know that his willingness to help came out from across the phone line very clearly. We have had our Horizon Treadmill for 6 years and have not had any issues with it until now. The Tech Support I received from Stan was amazing. He listened over the phone and sent a detailed email with a solution to what he thought was the problem. I followed the instructions and our Treadmill was fixed. I have never received such great support on anything that we have owned. Our next treadmill will definitely be a Horizon.
