I have an older model Horizon treadmill that stopped working. I've grown so used to companies that would rather sell you a new product instead of helping you fix the old one that I didn't initially call Horizon for help. That almost turned out to be a huge mistake. I loved my T50, so right before we ordered a new treadmill, I called Horizon thinking it was against the odds that I could get help fixing my old treadmill. Well long story short, I had the part I needed in two days and my old T50 is humming like new. Thank you! Any company that supports products that are ten years old is a customer focused company and when my T50 finally does give out, it will be replaced with a Horizon brand and none other. Thank you from a very satisfied and now very loyal customer.

I am writing this letter to commend Stan for doing such an amazing job during my phone call to your Customer/Tech Support Line this morning. He was so wonderful on the phone, very kind and very professional at the same time. It's always nice to hear a kind voice on the other side. I called about a problem with my Horizon T-50 and talked to very pleasant woman. She was very helpful, told me how to correct my issue, and sent me the part. It went together very well, problem fixed!
We have had our Horizon Treadmill for 6 years and have not had any issues with it until now. The Tech Support I received from Stan was amazing. He listened over the phone and sent a detailed email with a solution to what he thought was the problem. I followed the instructions and our Treadmill was fixed. I have never received such great support on anything that we have owned. Our next treadmill will definitely be a Horizon.
