Thank you Horizon Fitness, and especially to Joe in helping to fix my old Horizon Fitness treadmill.

I would like to make mention that Joe is an awesome Customer Tech support person and took his time to help and explain how to replace our worn out belt with a new one. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and took his time explaining the replacement procedure. I hope my email makes it way to his direct reports.

Horizon Fitness has an awesome find in him as a support person and I will definitely come back to Horizon Fitness for my next treadmill purchase--which could be at least another 10 years. Very good machines!

The service I received was organized, thorough, and timely! While communicating with Shawn & Stan I felt respected and that, together, we made accurate decisions in order to get my treadmill working again. They were very personable and I felt important to them. My needs were met and exceeded.
Additionally, I really appreciated Horizon’s “How To” videos which allowed me to be a part of this process. I feel I know my Treadmill more and moving forward, will do a better job taking care of it!

I have an older model Horizon treadmill that stopped working. I've grown so used to companies that would rather sell you a new product instead of helping you fix the old one that I didn't initially call Horizon for help. That almost turned out to be a huge mistake. I loved my T50, so right before we ordered a new treadmill, I called Horizon thinking it was against the odds that I could get help fixing my old treadmill. Well long story short, I had the part I needed in two days and my old T50 is humming like new. Thank you! Any company that supports products that are ten years old is a customer focused company and when my T50 finally does give out, it will be replaced with a Horizon brand and none other. Thank you from a very satisfied and now very loyal customer.
