Choose from 14 preset programs: Manual, Intervals (3), Weight Loss (2), Mountain Climb, Rolling Hills, Foothills, Golf 9-Hole, Golf 18-Hole, Pacer, 5K, and 10K. Or create up to 2 custom programs.

SPEAKERS WITH MP3 PLAYBACK

In addition to 2 quality speakers, the console includes an MP3 input for playing your favorite workout music, and a headphone output for privacy.
